    This Privacy Policy describes how Stackryze collects, uses, retains, and shares personal information across the products and services we operate. It applies to every product and service under the Stackryze name, current and future. By using any Stackryze service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

    Stackryze is the data controller for personal information collected through products and services operated under the Stackryze name. We process personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian data protection laws.

    Depending on the service you use, we may collect: account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing information; authentication information from third-party sign-in providers; service configuration and content you create or upload; usage information, logs, diagnostics, and security events; communications you send to us; and information required for identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We do not use advertising cookies or engage in behavioural profiling for marketing purposes.

    We use personal information to operate and deliver the services you sign up for; maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and detect abuse; communicate with you about your account, service updates, and security notices; comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and investigate and enforce violations of our policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their commercial or marketing purposes.

    We use essential cookies and may use analytics providers to understand how our websites and products are used. Analytics technologies may collect information about your device, browser, and interactions with our services.     We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our services, including infrastructure providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, payment processors, and customer support tools.     We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected users and authorities of material security incidents involving personal information.

    We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the service being used. Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information; object to certain processing activities; and request portability of your data. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

    Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.

  12. 12. Changes in Ownership

    If Stackryze undergoes a merger, acquisition, investment, reorganization, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy. We will notify affected users where required by applicable law.

  13. 13. Policy Updates

    We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. Significant changes will be announced via the relevant product surface or by email where we have one on file. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
