The rules that govern your use of any product operated by Stackryze.

1. Service Provider
Stackryze is a registered MSME in India. All products and services operated under the Stackryze name are provided by Stackryze. References to individual products, namespaces, brands, or service names do not create separate legal entities unless expressly stated otherwise. All legal obligations, disputes, and enforcement actions are subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product operated by Stackryze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
3. Service Description
Stackryze builds and operates software and infrastructure products for developers, organizations, and communities. Product offerings, features, availability, and pricing may vary and are described on the relevant product pages. Certain products or features may be offered free of charge and are provided on a best-effort basis. Paid tiers, when offered, are priced for what they actually cost to run.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using any Stackryze product, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and materials you host, point, or link through our services; ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws; any damages, claims, or legal actions arising from your use; maintaining accurate contact information and responding to abuse inquiries; and the security and access control of your account and configuration. Stackryze monitors for security and abuse but has no obligation to proactively review all content.
6. Product-Specific Terms
Certain products may have additional terms, policies, or service-specific conditions that supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms will govern solely with respect to that product.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
All use of Stackryze products is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The AUP prohibits malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, hate speech, spam, network abuse, resource misuse, and similar activities. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
9. Service Availability and Warranties
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Stackryze makes no guarantees regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, reliability, data permanence, accuracy, or completeness. Your account, zones, or hosted resources may be suspended, deleted, or become unavailable at any time due to technical issues, legal requirements, abuse reports, or policy changes.
10. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of your content and data. Unless otherwise stated, Stackryze claims no ownership over materials you submit, host, or create using our services.
11. Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise stated, all trademarks, logos, branding, and content associated with Stackryze remain the property of Stackryze or their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Stackryze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any service; any loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation; any claims, damages, or losses caused by user content, third-party actions, or service interruptions; or any liability in aggregate greater than the total fees paid by you for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free services, is INR 0). This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and even if Stackryze has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stackryze from all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use or misuse of any service, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, your content or any materials you host, any claims by third parties related to your account, or your infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This obligation survives termination of your account or these Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
Stackryze may, without liability, suspend, modify, or terminate any account, zone, or hosted resource immediately; refuse, suspend, or discontinue service where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, security, abuse prevention, or business reasons; remove or refuse any content; cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities; and share user data when required by Indian law or court orders. No refunds, compensation, or data recovery will be provided upon termination. Stackryze may retain logs or metadata as required by law, security obligations, or compliance requirements. You may terminate your account at any time by following the in-product flow or contacting support.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of any Stackryze service. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in these courts.
16. Force Majeure
Stackryze shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet failures, registry issues, or third-party service outages.
17. Changes to Terms
Stackryze may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced via the relevant product surface or by email where we have one on file.
18. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Stackryze's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and Stackryze.

20. Acknowledgment
By using any Stackryze service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; that services are provided "as is" without warranties; that Stackryze has limited liability as described above; that you are responsible for your account and all associated content; that you will indemnify Stackryze as described above; that Indian law and Andhra Pradesh courts have exclusive jurisdiction; and that Stackryze may terminate your service in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
